Synchro Summon

Official Definition

A Special Summon that uses a Tuner monster plus non-Tuner monsters whose levels equal the Synchro Monster's level.

Technical Rulings

Tuner + non-Tuner monsters are sent to the graveyard. The Synchro Monster is summoned from the Extra Deck.

"Tuning a Level 3 Tuner with a Level 4 monster to Synchro Summon a Level 7."
